After I upload a file to check, I find out that we've already have a very big banner telling users to upload to Commons (just don't know how to stop them from uploading those drafft/bad images). : Yes it seems that it works when files are uploaded. I tested [[:Tập tin:Test af fil til upload.JPG]]. :-D You can delete the file again.

Xin hãy sửa đổi miêu tả tập tin và bổ sung nguồn gốc. ...</code> that needs to be changed if you want a yellow warning box and you need to make a template like {{tl|Thiếu lời miêu tả}}. Atm. there are about 500 files in [[:Thể loại:Hình không rõ nguồn gốc]] and about 230 are uploaded by [[Thành viên:Thái Nhi]]. Instead of changing the template perhaps it is better to send a message to the users that uploaded the most files?
