Họ Lữ đằng (danh pháp khoa học: Linderniaceae) là một họ thực vật có hoa, được APG xếp trong bộ Hoa môi (Lamiales), bao gồm khoảng 17-19 chi và 220-255 loài, phân bố rộng khắp thế giới, nhưng chủ yếu là trong khu vực nhiệt đới Tân thế giới.

Trong các hệ thống phân loại khác, nó từng là một phần của họ Scrophulariaceae nghĩa rộng hay gần đây hơn là một phần của họ Plantaginaceae nghĩa rộng, nhưng một số tác giả lại chứng minh rằng đơn vị phân loại này nên được tách ra[2][3] từ các họ kể trên, như là họ mới, gọi là Linderniaceae,[4] và hiện tại nó được Haston và ctv. 2007 công nhận (gọi là LAPG II) như là "họ hậu-APG II"[5] và trong Hệ thống APG III.[1]

Các chi đa dạng nhất bao gồm Vandellia (55 loài), Torenia (51 loài), Crepidorhopalon (30 loài), Lindernia nghĩa hẹp (30 loài).

  • Micranthemum Michx. (bao gồm cả Amphiolanthus, Hemisiphonia): 13 loài.
