But ''xốt mayonne'' and ''xốt mayone'' are more common these days, and ''sốt mayonnaise'' much more common, as Vietnamese speakers increasingly avoid phonetic respellings of loan words&nbsp;– at least the ones that are easy enough to sound out. (Notice that this wiki avoids phonetically respelling most country names.)
