'''Cộng hòa Weimar''' ([[tiếng Đức]]: ''Weimarer Republik'') là tên sử gia gọi chính phủ của nước [[Đức]] trong khoảng thời gian từ [[1918]] sau cuộc [[:de:Novemberrevolution|Cách mạng tháng 11]], sau khi [[Chiến tranh thế giới thứ nhất]] kết thúc, đến khi [[Adolf Hitler]] được phong làm thủ tướng vào ngày 30 tháng giêng 1933 và đảng [[Đức Quốc xã|Quốc xã]] lên nắm quyền. Đây là lần đầu tiên nước Đức có một thể chế [[dân chủ tự do|dân chủ lập hiến]], bắt đầu từ ngày 9 tháng 11 năm 1918. Danh từ "Cộng hòa Weimar" không phải là tên gọi chính thức của chính quyền thời đó, vì lúc bấy giờ dân Đức vẫn gọi quốc gia mình là "[[Đế quốc Đức|Đế chế Đức]]" (tiếng Đức: ''Deutsches Reich'').
