E-democracy (a combination of the words Xuất bản điện tử and Dân chủ), also known as digital democracy or Internet democracy, is the use of Công nghệ thông tin và truyền thông (ICT) in Chính trị and Governance processes.[1] It incorporates 21st-century information and communications technology to promote democracy; such technologies include Civic technology and Chính phủ điện tử. It is a Chính phủ in which all adult citizens are presumed to be eligible to Đầu phiếu equally in the Dân chủ trực tiếp of Luật pháps.[2]
