This template is quite complicated and you know that I'm not good at technical tasks. I tried to copy the source from Commons to here but it didn't work no matter how I fixed it. I think Bắc thang lên hỏi ông trời saw my message here and he was kind enough to help but it didn't work either, so he deleted it. ::: Hi [[Thành viên:Violetbonmua|Violet]]! I will have a look. But in my opinion there is no reason to make it complicated. It is not supposed to be translated into 150 languages. We must expect that everyone that uses it understand Vietnamese. If anything a simple "(OTRS recieved)" should be enough for non-Vietnamese users to understand. But a file should not be moved to Commons or copied anywhere else untill the Permission is accepted and license is changed to [[Bản mẫu:OTRS chứng]].
