English: The distinctive emblem for cultural property to mark "movable or immovable property of great importance to the cultural heritage of every people" during an armed conflict, as defined in the Hague Convention for the Protection of Cultural Property in the Event of Armed Conflict (May 14, 1954).

This image is in the public domain according to Article 4, case 2 of the Polish Copyright Law Act of February 4, 1994 (Dz. U. z 2022 r. poz. 2509 with later changes) "normative acts and drafts thereof as well as official documents, materials, signs and symbols are not subject to copyrights". Misuse of this symbol is prohibited by these treaties as well as by national law in all countries which have ratified them. These restrictions are independent of the copyright status of the depiction shown here. |
