VinUni University (VinUniversity) is the first elite and private non-profit university in Vietnam. VinUni University has been approved by the Prime Minister to establish on December 17, 2019, with a total investment of up to 6,500 billion VND from Vingroup.
According to the leader of Vingroup, VinUni's goal is to become one of the top 50 young universities in the world. Therefore, since its inception, VinUni has worked closely with two of the world's leading elite universities, Cornell University and the University of Pennsylvania. These two strategic partners participate fully in VinUni from administration, program development to recruitment, enrollment and quality accreditation.

In April 2018, the VinUni University project signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Cornell University and the University of Pennsylvania, an Ivy League university group.
On the morning of November 14, 2018, Vingroup has officially built the VinUni University project.
On December 17, 2019, the Prime Minister officially approved the decision to establish VinUni University, with the first year scale expected to be 300 students. GS. Rohit Verma will be the first Principal of VinUni after the decision of the Prime Minister on the establishment of the school.
After 14 months of rapid implementation, VinUni has completed on a total area of 23 hectares, the facilities system is built according to the 5-star QS standards of Quacquarelli Symonds - the world's leading educational accreditation organization.
In the morning of January 15, 2020, Vingroup inaugurated VinUni University, located in the urban area of Vincom Ocean Park with a total investment of VND 6,500 billion, only VND 3,500 billion in construction cost.
In its early stages, the school focused on three major disciplines including: business administration, health science, engineering and computer science. In which there are 8 specific disciplines including: hotel management, business administration, real estate management, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, computer engineering, medical doctor, bachelor of nursing.
Architecture School architecture, landscape and interior are all done by the world's leading design companies, Aecom (USA); Westgreen (Canada) and HBA Company (USA), aim to provide a learning environment that inspires creativity, inspires "dare to think big" for students, faculty, and researchers.
The entire school has Gothic architecture, characterized by vertical axes reminding the Roman stone pillars of Pantheon Temple to face the sky to convey the message "The School of Light of Knowledge". The Sun symbol radiating knowledge light is located on the top of the 108 m high school building. In particular, VinUni owns a green, smart and energy-saving campus with 86% green trees, many overhead gardens and the entire 1,000 square meter on the roof of the experimental building is solar panels.
The exterior design is a magnificent and impressive neoclassical architecture, but the interior of VinUni is completely modern and advanced, with the highest quality for academic use. The school has 9 blocks, including the main building, dormitory, sports complex, library, laboratories and simulation center ... to ensure optimal teaching and learning experience for a scale of 3,500. student. The classrooms and lecture halls are designed flexibly, with lots of light and lots of open spaces, in order to stimulate the cooperation and creativity of faculty and students. The 4,000 square meter digital library with huge resources, operating 24 out of 7, is the heart of the VinUni family, ideal for group study, research and discussion of startup projects.
Everyday living space, physical training, entertainment .. are invested by VinUni, equivalent to world-class universities. The dormitory has a large area according to the model "3 together": study together, live together, work together; full of canteen, medical room, self-study area, convenience stores and after-school relaxation space. The sports complex has a sports house with an area of 4,000m2, including an Olympic-sized indoor swimming pool of 50mx20m, a football field, a gym and a multi-purpose gym; stadium and outdoor sports area.Chữ đậm
