Chickita Flame Grilled Chicken (as known as Chickita) is a Vietnam-based international Asian-inspired restaurant franchise, managed under AHM Lifestyles Creative - Hospitality Joint-stock company[2].

Chickita brand name is a combination of "Chick" (refers to Chicken[3] - English derivative) and "kita" (means us/we/our - often used for "Let's meet together" - Bahasa/Indonesia[4] derivative). Therefore, Chickita means "we eat chicken together", these words truly talks to the ethos of the brand which is a focus on community, communal dining, neighborhood and togetherness which is a pillar of Asian culture.

The word "kita" is especially linked to the founder's story and journey as Chickita was developed to accommodate his wife, who is Indonesian, tastebud. All the Signature Sauces are developed to be familiar but unique to an Asian palette.

Asif Mehrudeen is the Founder & CEO of AHM Lifestyles – Creative Hospitality, which is headquartered in Singapore with the first stores in the vibrant city of Saigon[5]. AHM Lifestyles are the proud owners of the Chickita Flame-Grilled Chicken concept and specializes in F&B concept creation and development.

Asif’s culinary background of almost 20 years in Southeast Asia and being married to an Indonesian wife, Eva, has led him to develop the Chickita concept the Asian-inspired concept. The concept gives that nostalgic feeling with an array of familiar tastes, some new but all unique.

Chickita's menu is driven by a flame-grilled cooking method that provides for healthier options. The naturally smoky flavours of the grilled chicken are just one of their unique selling point. Additionally, they have researched the cooking temperatures precisely to ensure the inside of the chickens are perfectly tender and juicy.

Over and above, they also have other speciality items such as burgers, wraps & wings which are also cooked in the same flame-grilled method. Chickita is a fun concept where we bring the BBQ inspired flame-grilled chicken into one restaurant where you can experience our menu at any time of the day.

The vision of the Chickita concept has always been about creating a colourful, fun, and vibrant atmosphere for the customers. Chickita's logo is an image of the Flame-Grilled chicken which is very colourful yet simple and easy to remember.

Each outlet is unique and designed especially for its specific location. Their vision is to bring life and feeling to our guests, not only to eat Flame-Grilled chicken but be part of something emotional from music, colours, the open kitchen to the fun kid's area, all of which match Chickita's customers of all ages groups.

Chickita offers two concepts, namely; Casual Dining and Fast - Casual Model with the difference being size and menu offering. The main identity for all our outlets is the wall feature which looks like chicken feathers with our logo artwork designed and our colourful façade. The rest of the interior is vibrant and fresh, sourcing the best locally available materials.
