Trong quá trình giáo dục liên tục sau Thạc sĩ và trong suốt quá trình làm việc của mình, Năm 2010, Szabo đã hoàn thành chương trình Trường Chính phủ John F. Szabo bắt đầu sự nghiệp ở Robinson, Illinois.
