Vùng này nằm ở phái tây bắc của Nam Sudan và gồm các bang [[Bắc Bahr el Ghazal]], [[Tây Bahr el Ghazal]], [[Lakes (bang)|Lakes]], và [[Warrap (bang)|Warrap]].
