Arthur Gore đánh bại Sydney Smith 6–4, 6–0, 6–3 tại All Comers’ Final, và sau đó đánh bại đương kim vô địch Reginald Doherty 4–6, 7–5, 6–4, 6–4 ở Challenge Round để giành chức vô địch Đơn nam tại Giải quần vợt Wimbledon 1901.[1][2]
