Tôi gặp nhiều khó khăn khi các máy tính ở nước ngoài hầu hết ko có bộ gõ tiếng Việt. Do đó, tôi không biết chúng ta có khả năng và có nên thích hợp 1 bộ gõ chuẩn Unicode nhỏ nào lên site này. No, I haven't ever discussed this at Meta, although I have been discussing the possibility with Nguyễn Thanh Quang via e-mail recently. I think it's possible to include a simple bộ gõ here, like the one at TĐTV. In fact, the code for the bộ gõ there is in the public domain, so we can adapt it for use here. We've just got to find out how do adapt it.
Nguyễn Hữu Dụng experimented with it recently, but it didn't quite work. As mere administrators, we can't really get into the code that determines how the edit pages are laid out. All we can do is modify MediaWiki:Monobook.css, MediaWiki:Monobook.js, and MediaWiki:Copyrightwarning to our liking. That's probably going to be enough, anyhow.
The best thing we can do right now is to discuss what type of bộ gõ is most suitable for this wiki. For example, I don't believe that we should integrate the bộ gõ into the main editing textbox, because that'll throw off anything we type that's not strictly Vietnamese, and any user who isn't familiar with a bộ gõ. In the future I'll file a bug report at MediaZilla to request any solutions that we do agree on.
