Bộ Cá trích

Bộ Cá trích (danh pháp khoa học: Clupeiformes) là một bộ cá thuộc lớp Cá vây tia (Actinopterygii). Các họ trong bộ này gồm những cá xương nguyên thủy nhất. Chúng có một vây lưng, vảy tròn, không có đường bên, bong bóng có ống thông với thực quản. Môi trường sống của chúng gồm nước biển, nước ngọt. Hiện tại người ta ghi nhận khoảng 429 loài trong 85 chi thuộc 10 họ.[1]

Lịch sử phân loại sửa

Cho tới năm 2022 người ta ghi nhận bộ này chứa 6-7 họ (với Sundasalangidae như một họ độc lập hoặc gộp trong Clupeidae sensu lato). Tuy nhiên, các gộp nhóm ở cấp độ họ có thể đòi hỏi một sự sửa đổi lớn. Các họ Pristigasteridae, Chirocentridae và Engraulidae được hỗ trợ trong nhiều nghiên cứu phân tử, nhưng Clupeidae sensu lato lại không được hỗ trợ[2][3]; với năm nhánh được hỗ trợ tốt được Lavoué et al. (2013) nhận dạng có thể trở thành các họ mới[3].

Nghiên cứu năm 2022 tách họ Clupeidae sensu lato thành Clupeidae sensu stricto, Alosidae, Dorosomatidae, Ehiravidae, Spratelloididae, nâng tổng số họ trong bộ này thành 10.[4]
