Sóc bay Thomas, tên khoa học Aeromys thomasi, là một loài động vật có vú trong họ Sóc, bộ Gặm nhấm. Loài này được Hose mô tả năm 1900.[2] Loài này được tìm thấy ở Indonesia và Malaysia.
