Có khi link của bạn do người ta cố ý phát âm chệch như vậy. Tiếng Pháp ở Québec vốn chưa bao giờ là chuẩn cả. Chuyện bạn hỏi chẳng khác gì hỏi người miền Trung sao nói khác người Bắc vậy. Pronunciations

Articles such as "Cà rốt" do not need pronunciation guides or recordings. Cà rốt has been a Vietnamese word for generations. At the Vietnamese Wikipedia, pronunciation guides are used for foreign words or names.

Even so, common Vietnamese phonetic respellings such as Oa-sinh-tơn for "Washington" or pi-zà for "pizza" are much more useful than IPA or recordings, because respellings are easy to learn and remember. Many Vietnamese speakers, including much of the Vietnamese government, treat these respellings as translations, so please keep them intact when you see them, even if they aren't 100% faithful to the original language.

Wiktionary is the appropriate place for pronunciation guides and recordings for any word. You're welcome to add recordings there, like you did for cà rốt.
