The last time I proposed an automatic import of U.S. geographical articles, the response was somewhat negative. Some of the other wikis that have attempted to follow in [[en:User:Rambot|rambot]]'s footsteps have done a very poor job, though ca:, nl:, and pt: are examples of good imports. We definitely need an automatic way of replacing useless articles like "[[Quận Franklin, Ohio]]". I did do some work towards an automatic import: [[Thành viên:Mxn/Rambot/Boilerplate 2]] is a template you can easily use to build a rambot-style article by hand. Would you please review the template (or the example) to make sure the grammar and terminology are correct?
