You shouldn't refer to other people as "mày"; use "bạn" (friend) instead. Mày is extremely offensive unless you are speaking to someone extremely close to you who is your age or someone inferior in social position. Municipality

municipality can be translate to vùngkhu vực đô thị. Ex: Oss is a municipality and a city in the southern Netherlands (Oss là một khu vực đô thị và thành phố ở bắc Hà Lan). Mag 11:04, ngày 9 tháng 7 năm 2008 (UTC)

I don't think so. vùng đô thị is metropolitan area, for example vùng đô thị Bangkok or vùng đô thị Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh. I think đô thị is equivalent meaning in Vietnamese.
